ACBA Executive Committee
Committee work is the lifeblood of our bar association. The Executive Committee is elected by our membership annually, and has the authority to make decisions and ensure those decisions are carried out.

Our president communicates with our members, governs, and represents the bar association in the media and in our interactions with the public.
Our vice president assists the president with his ongoing duties during his presidential year, assists in planning of guest speakers for our monthly luncheons, and finally, talks to members to get valuable feedback. The vice president also serves as the official president-elect.

Immediate Past President
Our immediate past president serves on the executive committee to help shape policy contributed from the experience, insight, and knowledge gained as president for future direction and leadership of the bar association.
M. Charlotte Flower
Our treasurer insures the fiscal health of our bar association through the proper fiscal oversight, so that, there are adequate resources for our bar association to fulfill its mission.
Our secretary is responsible for ensuring that accurate and sufficient documentation exists to enable authorized persons to determine when, how, and by whom the executive committee business was conducted. Our secretary records the minutes of executive committee meetings and general body meeting minutes, ensuring their accuracy and availability, and performs other duties as requested by the president.

At Large Member
Our at large members attend all executive committee and general body meetings, act as liaisons and spokespersons to the membership and executive committee, take on special assignments from the president, and work with other committees and chairpersons.
